And just like that... I'm off!

December 14, 2021

Man these two weeks have flown by but I am so happy to be where I am! I am grateful for my family and friends who have encouraged me during this time in the at home MTC! I have had so many golden experiences and I have felt the spirit so strong here! I am a bit sad to be leaving home but more overjoyed than anything! I know that I am in God's hands and he will keep me safe and protected! I have learned this week that God's love is sufficient for us. Which means that we can do anything and everything if we allow God to be in our lives and help us bear our burdens and the burdens of those we love. It also means that God loves each of us perfectly and individually so we are never alone and we are always loved.

I know sometimes when life seems hard we wonder who is even there for us? Who will notice me today or care about me for a minute? Christ suffered for each and every one of us not only for us to be forgiven but also for each of us to find true happiness. He loves us, God loves us, and we can feel of that love as we let the holy spirit confirm it in our hearts.
One of the cute sisters in my district reached out to me earlier this week to let me know that she was there for me and asked me how I was doing and if there was anything I was worried about. A small simple thing like a text or comment to someone to let them know you care means a lot! It is by the small and simple things that great things happen.
You are seen, heard, noticed, recognized, and loved. I know this is true, I know that I am not the only witness of it and I hope you all know how much you are really cared about!
I love you all and I hope you have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious week! Next time you hear from me, I'll be in provo!!!!
Tot ziens!
